Fexco Launches New Business Payment Service

Local businesses are already showing interest in a new service that was launched today at the Flag Day Trade and Farm Fair.

Pacific  Holdings Fexco American Samoa  the leading agent for Western Union, is now offering a business payment service which makes it convenient and inexpensive for local businesses to make payments off island.

Fexco’s  Business Payment Service allows a business to make telegraphic transfers or wire transfers of any amount anywhere in the world at the low cost of $20.

Anarosa Ale Molioo who has been behind the company’s foray into the American Samoa market, led the launching ceremory.

She said their company is always looking to deliver financial services that are needed in both Samoa.

She said churches are even using the business payment service to collect donations from overseas members.

Attending the launch at the Fale Samoa at Suiga ula ole Atuvasa ,were Director of Agriculture Lealao Melila Purcell and Director of Commerce Keniseli Lafaele and representatives of some of the businesses which participated in the Flag Day Trade & Farm Fair.

A member of the company’s management team from Apia, Ene Leata said in an interview with KHJ News, they are excited to extend the business payment service to American Samoa and is certain the service is very much needed.
