The Pala Lagoon Swimming Center re-opened last week after the completion of the police investigation into the drowning death of Tinian Makewijere Tuileto’a Toese.
A report on the investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division of DPS indicates that no foul play was involved.
Staff at the pool said it was reopened late last week.
Questions on whether any changes are being made to address concerns about overcrowding were referred tio the PLSC Manager Nua Salanoa howeber she has not answered calls since the drowning two weeks ago.
The family of the 13-year old Tinian is planning funeral services for the first week of July.
