Utility poles, bus stops, trees and structures along the highway through Tutuila are decked out in coconut leaves and pink, red and white teuila flowers.
From early this morning up to late this afternoon, ASG employees were out in large numbers to decorate the island before Flag Day guests begin arriving.
It was stressed at cabinet and Flag Day Committee meetings that the decorations will take on a green theme, and will be standardized; only coconut leaves and red, white and pink teuila flowers.
As with the Island Wide Clean Up departments and agencies were assigned areas to decorate.
