One of the aspiring scientists featured in the Territorial Science Fair Elementary Division Luana Faaea of Fagalii Elementary School has experimented with using plastic to build roads.
The idea she says came from an uncle who is a road builder in Hawaii.

High school students are setting up their projects today and judging takes place tomorrow.
Winners will be announced on Friday.
