A Military Airlift Command (or MAC) flight was supposed to arrive from Honolulu this week with returning local U.S. Army reservists. However, the flight has been cancelled according to the Chairman of the COVID-19 Task Force LT Governor Talauega Eleasalo Ale.
No reason was given for the cancellation.

Reports from Honolulu say that about a dozen local Army reservists were supposed to travel home on the MAC flight. It is believed they are in quarantine in Honolulu under the supervision of Dr. Monita Adip who traveled to Hawaii on the return repatriation flight last Monday.

Sources tell KHJ News that the reservists are to travel on the second repatriation flight from Honolulu via Hawaiian Airlines.
