Convergence zone strengthens as it approaches

The National Weather Service reports that the latest satellite imagery shows the South Pacific Convergence Zone (SPCZ) strengthening as it approaches the territory.

The SPCZ is packed with winds and heavy rainfall. Peak conditions are expected overnight tonight through Monday night. Winds could reach up to 40 mph along with consistent and/or heavy rainfall during this time. Also, expect dangerous seas and surf through the middle of this week.
