The Territorial Bank of American Samoa, now the only commercial bank in the territory after the closure of ANZ Bank, is offering a special promotion to entice customers to use electronic banking services that it offers.
Owen Perry, Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of TBAS, said they’ve launched a special promotion to entice customers to use online banking, including making purchases and payments using MasterCard.
