ABLE, short for Agency for Better Living Endeavors, kicks off its Mosooi Festival of Arts and Humanities on September 30th.
After rave reviews of its inaugural festival last year, there’s expectations that the arts, entertainment, and cultural activities for this year’s event will be even more spectacular.
