
Among issues that the Congregational Christian Church of American Samoa is discussing at its 35th General Assembly is the growth of the church off island.
Close to 800 delegates are attending the conference.
While there was a general assembly two years ago, General Secretary Rev. Nafatali Falealii, said this one is much bigger.
He said finance, education and development are standard topics which will be covered, but this year they will also look at the growth of the church in the United States.
