Exposure to screens can affect eye sight

Parents you may want to monitor your children’s exposure to screens of any type.

Excessive exposure to screens can cause eyesight problems.

A team from the Oregon Health and Science University, Pediatric Ophthalmologist Dr Alison Bradee and Orthoptist Dr Hillary Washe who are conducting eye screening and treatment for elementary school students as part of the Eye Care Project sponsored by the Department of Health and Lions Club of Pago Pago, talked about this on the Morning Show today.

The team conducted screening at Pago Pago Elementary Tuesday and did the same at Manulele Tausala Wednesday. They leave the territory Thursday night.
