Twenty-year-old Kalista Aetonu Koloi was crowned the new Miss Mosooi Friday night at the Lee Auditorium.
Sponsored by the Pago Pago Catholic Youth Kalista also won the talent, ofu lau laau, or outfit made from leaves and natural fauna, formal puletasi and Miss Photogenic.
First runner up was Tapuitea Carruthers, Miss Koko Pacific. Tapuitea won the Tamaitai Talks, the siva, and stage interview.
Lucille Auvele sponsored by A&S Corporation was the second runner up, and was also voted by the three contestants to be Miss Congeniality.
The interview question for Kalista on pageant night was about the role of tamaitai Samoa.

The Miss Mosooi Scholarship Pageant capped off another busy and successful Mosooi Festival which was planned organized and carried out by young people, all serving as volunteers, under the umbrella of the Agency for Better Living Endeavors (ABLE).
