Diane Suvania Niko-Teofilo met her Savior on Friday, March 7, 2025 at the age of 34. She was born on October 23, 1990, in Honolulu, Hawaii. Diane was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, and friend.

She is survived by her beloved husband Peletisala Fa’aolatoto Teofilo, who was her world; her precious daughter Tulutulu Teofilo; sons, Fa’aolatoto Teofilo and Peletisala Don Teofilo, whom she loved with her whole heart; her mother, Vaoese(Ese) Foleni-Niko; her siblings, David Niko, Douglas Niko, and Don Niko(deceased); her in-laws, and other extended family members, including brothers- and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.

Diane Suvania Niko-Teofilo was preceded in death by her father, Sosaiete Mapo Niko.

Diane’s favorite times were spent at work, church, village activities/functions, and, of course, being with family. She was never too busy for anything, but her kids. Diane was the best competitor. She always had a fun energy, maybe a joke or two, and a contagious smile on her face.

Diane had a deep love of music, especially when it comes to church. She was always listening to it, singing it, and sharing it with others through her Facebook stream live. Most of all, Diane loved to spend time with her husband, daughter and her two sons. She found great joy in loving, protecting, and spoiling them.

Diane Suvania Niko-Teofilo has left us all an example of how to live a life that is not defined by worry, fear, or the past, but rather a life marked by following Jesus, and loving and serving those around us.

Funeral services for Diane Suvania Niko-Teofilo will be held at 9 o’clock (9:00am) on Friday, April 18, 2025, at TULA AOG CHURCH, American Samoa.
