Tapumanaia Galu Satele has cleared the legislative confirmation process.
On Monday, the House of Representatives approved him to be Director of the Department of Youth and Women Affairs. The vote was 13-3.
The Senate confirmed him by unanimous vote, last week.
Tapumanaia is the third member of the cabinet of Governor Pulaalii Nikolao Pula and Pulu Ae Ae Jr. to be approved for their director positions.
The others are Commissioner of Public Safety Taaga Saite Moliga and Director of Public Works Taeaotui Punaofo Tilei.
