After their debut on a foreign catwalk last year in Australia, the couple behind Exclusive by Off Da Rock, Leuila and Joseph Ioane will be strutting their fashions in London next month.
They and Samoa fashion designer Cecilia Keil will be part of the London Pacific Fashion Show on September 18.
In their high school days, Leuila and Joseph were the couple that had matching outfits and as Joseph tells the story they were always planning and designing what they were going to wear to school and special occasions.
After marriage they decided to turn their love for clothes into a business..
Joseph, a tattooist puts the motifs he tats on people’s bodies on fabric and Leuila comes up with eye catching designs to create beautiful clothing.
Leuila says the originality of their designs is what their customers love.

For the Pacific Fashion Show in London, the couple will feature a collection called “Le Alii,” depicting the creation of the world in the beginning, reflects the theme of the fashion event, climate change. The collection also reflects the couple’s faith in God.

The trip to London costs $10,000.
Leuila and Joseph give credit to all the local businesses, their customers, friends and supporters who are pitching in to get them there but are still fundraising as they are still short.
Exclusive by Off the Rock will be displaying their fashions at the Faasamoa Talent Show this Saturday night at Lee Auditorium and welcome the community’s support.
