Effective August 1st, the American Samoa Environmental Protection Agency (ASEPA) has to pre approve the importation of pesticides, fungicides and equipment used to apply these chemicals, that businesses and individuals import into the territory.
ASEPA is currently carrying out public awareness of the new policy.
