ASCC's Pacific Center in Human Security is offering two free training courses conducted by the Support Development Associates, LLC.
The first course is Person-Centered Thinking. This two-day training focuses on basic person-centered thinking skills and side-by-side decision-making. There are two sessions available, Monday, March 10 to Tuesday, March 11, and Thursday, March 13 to Friday, March 14, from 9:00AM – 4:00PM.
The second course is Person-Centered Approach to People Experiencing Dementia. This one-day session is designed to equip healthcare professionals, caregivers, and support staff with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide compassionate and individualized care to people living with dementia. This training is offered on Saturday, March 15, from 8:00 AM – 1:00PM.
